Links Policy
There shall not be open access to links to the Township's Web-Site. The decision to allow a link to the Township's Web-Site will be made on a case by case basis by the Supervisor, Clerk and Treasurer. The link must be consistent with the purpose of the Township's Web-Site. Links will be limited to those sites that provide information about Local, County or State government matters. There shall be no links to for-profit agencies. Any decision to deny a request for a link shall be in writing with the reasons for the denial clearly stated. Any denial of a request for a link to the Township's Web-Site may be appealed to the full Board of Trustees within thirty (30) days after receiving the written communication stating the reasons for the denial.
