Special Events
Tuesday evening concerts in the park (Mid-June through Mid-August), Car shows, motorcycle shows and more are also featured at the park throughout the year.

Rentals

Prohibited
Pets, glass, hunting, parking on grass, Off Road Vehicles, and liquor (beer and wine allowed in designated areas only).

Connie Bowles Memorial Park
Located on 25 mile road and 1/8 mile east of Gratiot it the Connie M. Bowles Memorial Park. This 20.4 acre park will serve as a neighborhood and community park serving the rapidly developing north half of the township.This area will have a number of amenities to meet the interests or residents and their guests. One baseball field and one soccer field will accommodate practices for area teams and informal games organized by park users. A large picnic grove will be incorporated into the northeast corner of the park utilizing the shade provided by mature hardwood trees. An observation deck with an open-air shelter, a nature garden, children's playscape, natural walking path, and restrooms will also benefit park users. The park was dedicated to Connie M. Bowles in November 2003 as a tribute to the long-time recreation activist, volunteer, two-term Township board trustee, and one term clerk.
