Building & Zoning Enforcement
The main purpose of the Building Department is to insure the health, safety and welfare of all citizens in Chesterfield Township. The Building Department also oversees and inspects all construction and building projects within the township, as well as issuing all building permits and is responsible for all plan reviews. The Zoning Enforcement division enforces all townships Code of Ordinances for compliance to ensure and protect the public health, safety and welfare.
