Position Available: Appraiser
Opening Date: September 1, 2010 Closing Date:
September 24, 2010
Normal Work Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through
Friday.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires a successful applicant to have
a minimum of three years of experience as an appraiser with specific experience
in field work measuring, identifying and inspecting new construction as well as
reappraisal and knowledge of personal property. They will also be required to
assist in data entry and assist the general public with routine matters handled
in the assessing office.

Wage Range: $22.64-25.02 per hour
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent and
appropriate certification for a Level II or III CMA.
- Experience: Must be proficient in BS&A Equalizer and
Apex Sketching computer software. Also advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Word and Excel.
- Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license
