Proposed MINUTES OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING

OF

THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CHESTERFIELD

February 7, 2011

The meeting was called to order by Clerk Uglis at 7:00 p.m. in the Charter Township of Chesterfield Municipal Offices at 47275 Sugarbush, Chesterfield, MI 48047.

Present: Clerk Uglis, Treasurer Hartman

Trustees: Bell, DeMuynck, Ficht, Printz

Also Present: Township Attorney Seibert

Excused: Supervisor Lovelock

The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance by Ms. Michele Stearns.

Motion by Uglis, seconded by DeMuynck to appoint Trustee Bell as Chair for the meeting.

Ayes: All

Nays: None MOTION CARRIED

Motion by DeMuynck, seconded by Ficht to approve the: 4A) Agenda as submitted. 4B) Approve the minutes of the Regular Board Meeting of January 18, 2011. 4C) Approve the Payment of Bills as submitted by the Finance Department. 4D) Approve Supervisor’s recommendation to appoint Michele Stearns to the Township’s Beautification Committee. Her term will expire July 3, 2011. 4E) Approve Police Department’s request to renew the AT&T Maintenance Agreement for telecommunications equipment in the dispatch center from January 13, 2011 through January 12, 2012 at a total cost of $5,400.00.

Nays: None MOTION CARRIED

Motion by DeMuynck, seconded by Hartman to approve Police Department’s request to replace four entry doors at the Police Department’s garage at a total cost of $3,993.00. The lowest quote is from FJF Door Sales Company.

Nays: None MOTION CARRIED

Lou Nigro, Tom Yaschen and Joe Miller addressed the Board during Public Comments.

Motion by Bell, seconded by DeMuynck to adjourn the meeting at 7:21 P.M.
